History and Growth of Vientiane Pattana School

Vientiane Pattana School (VPS) is a bilingual school located in Vientiane, Laos. The school was established on January 12, 1999, and received official documentation from the Ministry of Education in 2001. VPS initially started as a nursery and kindergarten, following the Lao syllabus offered by the Ministry of Education. As the school grew, it expanded to include a primary section. Year by year, the school added grades until it reached Year 5. Responding to parents' requests, VPS continued to offer three more years of education until the students were older and could go abroad to study.
