Vientiane Pattana School International warmly welcomes inquiries from prospective families year-round. Our administrative office is readily available to assist you daily, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding holidays.

Academic Year Structure

Our academic calendar is divided into two semesters. The first semester commences in mid-August and extends until early January of the following year. The second semester begins in the latter half of January and continues through mid-June.

Guidelines for Prospective Students

To ensure an optimal academic fit and a fulfilling educational experience, prospective students are required to complete placement tests in English Language and Mathematics. Additionally, a parent and/or student interview will be conducted to better understand your educational goals and expectations.

Documents for Enrollment

Upon enrollment, we kindly request that interested families provide the following essential records:

• 3 Passport-sized Photos (3 cm x 4 cm): These photographs help us create identification cards and facilitate administrative processes.
• Report Card from Previous School: This document helps us understand your child's academic history and achievements, aiding in appropriate grade placement.
• School Record from Previous School: This comprehensive record provides valuable insights into your child's educational journey, including attendance and behavioral records.
• Photocopy of Identification (e.g., passport): This copy serves as a means of identification and ensures accurate record-keeping.
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate: Providing a copy of your child's birth certificate is essential for age verification and official documentation.
